Friendly and helpful staff Great and reasonably price restaurant and bar Location, in the middle of the action Guest friendly Great view Good price seems like I had a quiet room Definitely would stay here again when in Pattaya and want to be close to the action

I had a few problems with my first room, told the problems to the staff and they upgraded me to a better room without charging me more. You can read my other review for general details about this place. I just wanted to mention how great the staff are at this hotel and how accommodating they can be. I had an appointment at 4pm and needed to get something done before then so I asked for a late checkout and they were able to allow me to stay longer at no further charge. Everyone has a smile on their face and they're very tolerant of well behaved pets. Couldn't really ask for more, especially at the price.

Very close to everything for bars and restaurants .staff friendly .good with having 2 balcony .
