I had a few problems with my first room, told the problems to the staff and they upgraded me to a better room without charging me more. You can read my other review for general details about this place. I just wanted to mention how great the staff are at this hotel and how accommodating they can be. I had an appointment at 4pm and needed to get something done before then so I asked for a late checkout and they were able to allow me to stay longer at no further charge. Everyone has a smile on their face and they're very tolerant of well behaved pets. Couldn't really ask for more, especially at the price.
